These classes are perfect for any mom-to-be, no matter how far along you are in your pregnancy. Whether you’re in your first trimester or almost ready to deliver, you’ll find something valuable.
Just wear comfy clothes that are easy to move in, and if you have a yoga mat, bring that along! Also, a water bottle is a good idea to stay hydrated during the class.
You don’t need any yoga experience to join us. Our classes are designed for everyone, from complete beginners to those who already practice yoga.
